Jessica's Piano Studio Policies
Monthly Payment Plan
In an effort to minimize office work, Jessica’s Piano Studio bills each student on a monthly basis. The payment will be invoiced around the 25th of the month for the next month. The student will be charged for the full month unless the student informs the teacher AND the studio (via the cancellation form) before the 25th of the previous month. Payment must be received before the first of the month or 48 hours before the first scheduled lesson for that month. In order to discontinue lessons, students are required to fill out the cancellation form 48 hours before the first lesson of the month. Otherwise, students will be required to pay for the full month.
Monthly Rate
Students will be billed monthly based on the number of lessons that are scheduled for that month. The rates are as follows:
Private Lessons
Cancelling and Rescheduling
Because we value our teachers' time, we are unable to reschedule lessons unless the cancellation is due to an emergency or an illness (the teacher must approve all cancellations). In the case of an emergency or illness, you must call or text your teacher as soon as you realize that you are unable to make the lesson - preferably 24 hours in advance, but definitely before the lesson time (or it will count as a missed lesson). The teacher will send you two rescheduling options. If you choose to reschedule, you must respond within 24 hours or you will lose the opportunity to reschedule. Students are allowed only one rescheduled lesson per month. This policy also applies to any promotional deals offered by Jessica's Piano Studio.
If your teacher needs to cancel a lesson, the student/parent will be able to either reschedule or roll the lesson over to the next month.
Stopping Lessons
The student/parent is required to notify the studio via the cancellation form to stop lessons. The notification must be sent one week prior to stopping lessons. You will be billed for lessons if you do not notify the studio.
Free Trial Lesson
We are unable to provide a free trial lesson in addition to a deal or voucher.

- $45 per lesson for 45-minute piano lessons
- $60 per lesson for 60-minute piano lessons
